Program Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in an Obedtek program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

Obedtek provides a structured pathway that includes clinical research training, guided experience through a remote internship aligned with industry workflows, and career support services.

Program components are delivered in phases and are designed to be completed while maintaining your existing work or academic schedule.

2. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment secures your seat in an upcoming cohort.

Payment options may include:

One-time payment

Installment plans

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access to program components.

3. Access to Program Components

Participants receive access to training materials and support resources following enrollment and onboarding.

Progression through the program is structured and guided. Access to certain components may depend on completion of prior steps and adherence to program requirements.

4. Internship Experience

As part of the program, participants are guided toward a remote internship experience aligned with clinical research operations.

Internship placement is coordinated as part of the structured program pathway and is not immediate upon initial enrollment.

Placement is facilitated following completion of required program steps and fulfillment of applicable program requirements.

Participation in the remote internship component of the program is contingent upon completion of all required program steps and full payment of program tuition. Access to internship placement and related activities is provided only after all financial obligations have been satisfied. Enrollment or partial payment does not guarantee immediate or early access to internship placement.

5. Internship Participation & Continuation Policy:

‍Participation in the internship component requires consistent engagement, timely communication, and adherence to all program expectations. Failure to maintain active participation, including extended inactivity, missed communications, or unresponsiveness, may result in removal from the internship placement. In such cases:The internship placement will be considered forfeited. Reassignment to another internship partner will not be provided. The participant will not be eligible to continue in the internship component.
Internship placements are contingent upon maintaining good standing throughout the program. Once participation is discontinued or standards are not met, continuation or reinstatement is not guaranteed.

Obedtek reserves the right to determine eligibility for continued participation and placement at its sole discretion.

6. Career Support

Obedtek provides resume support, interview preparation, and general career guidance to help participants position themselves for opportunities in clinical research.

While the program is designed to enhance employability, job placement is not guaranteed.

7. Refund Policy

If a seat is not available at the time of enrollment, your payment will be refunded in full.
You may request a refund within 72 hours of your initial payment, provided that access to program materials, onboarding resources, or any proprietary content has not yet been granted.

Once access to any program materials, onboarding resources, or proprietary content has been granted, or once 72 hours have passed from the initial payment (whichever occurs first), all payments are non-refundable.

8. Reservation Fee

‍The $50 reservation fee is applied toward your program tuition. If you decide not to move forward, you may request a full refund of your reservation fee within 7 days of payment, provided that access to training materials or onboarding has not been granted. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. After this period, or once onboarding or program access has been initiated, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.

9. Participant Responsibility

Participants are expected to:

Engage with program materials

Follow outlined steps

Maintain professionalism throughout the program

Outcomes may vary based on individual effort and participation.

10. Modifications

Obedtek reserves the right to update or modify program structure, content, or delivery methods to maintain quality and relevance.

11. No Employment GuaranteeParticipation in the Obedtek Clinical Research Pathway does not guarantee employment or job placement. While the program is designed to enhance skills, provide industry exposure, and support career development, individual outcomes may vary based on factors including performance, experience, and market conditions.

12. Scholarship Acceptance and Seat Reservation

‍Upon issuance of a scholarship offer, applicants must confirm acceptance by completing the required initial payment within three (3) calendar days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the reserved seat will be released and the reservation fee will be retained as non-refundable.

13. No Employment Guarantee

Obedtek does not guarantee employment, job placement, or specific compensation outcomes.Program participation provides training, direct industry experience, and career support designed to improve competitiveness; however, final hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

14. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer

Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific results. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, experience, and external factors including hiring conditions.


15. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
